An opportunity has arisen for the role of an experienced Accountant in
our Loan Administration Services Team. Our team provides loan
portfolio administration Services to our Private Debt Fund clients.
What will you do?
Responsible for the delivery of high quality service to each of the
clients assigned to them.
Active liaison with clients and external auditors, dealing with audit
queries on the loan portfolio.
Ensuring agreed client service levels are met.
Ensures Loan portfolios are issued accurately and within defined
timeframes.
Communicates effectively with clients and associated parties on loan
portfolio activities.
Ensures that operating arrangements are clearly established on
inception of a fund in respect of the loan portfolio administration
services.
Ensures that documentation, legal and compliance issues are complete.
LOAN PORTFOLIO ADMINISTRATIONPerform the preparation of monthly /
quarterly loan portfolio statements for Private Debt Funds including
the completion of consolidated loan portfolio statements
Liaise with new clients to determine fund structure and level of
detail required to support the loan portfolio administration services.
Manage the collection of relevant information to facilitate production
of the loan portfolio.
Ensure the loan portfolios are issued accurately and within defined
timeframes.
Active liaison with clients and external auditors, dealing with audit
queries on the loan portfolio.
Ensure agreed client service levels are met.
_QUALIFICATIONS_
Professional Accounting Qualification with at least 3 years post QE
experience.
Detailed knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP/US GAAP and IFRS.
Working knowledge of the Irish regulatory /tax regime as it relates to
Fund Accounting and Financial Reporting.
Knowledge of Loan Administration Services.
_ABILITY TO_ communicate clearly and concisely
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office ? Excel and WordA track record
of excellent attention to detail
A track record in optimising system use and automating processes where
possible
Provision of focused quality client service
